Her Tea, Energy and TinyTea by YourTea
Tiny Tea (28 Days)
Traditionally my ingredients have been used to assist with:
- bloating
- indigestion
- problematic skin
- cellulite
- reduction of excess weight
- increase energy
- contains gluten*
Contains: Jue Ming Zi, He Ye, Shan Zha, Lai Fu Zi, Chen Pi, Mai Ya
42 teabags per box. Each teabag weighs 2.5g.
I am going to review a brand called Yourtea. They are known for their tea that helps your mood and detox. However, they also have a huge variety of teas that aids menstruation, sex, hangover, happy, energy and more !
I bought a box back of Tinytea 28 days in December 2013 and did not frequently use it as I was not much of a tea drinker. I did not lose any weight from just drinking but I continued drinking it regardless. Around January 2014, I started to workout everyday and drank the tea for may be once a day.
I lost around 4kg in 2 weeks but I am not sure if it because I was working out everyday or the tea had aided in my weight lost.
I thought that HerTea helped me with my bloatness and I always drink this for a few days beforehand if I need to wake up super early for work. It really makes me less cranky when I wake up and I wake up on the first ring. I usually take 10 alarms to awaken but it helps my body a lot.
I have ordered Her Tea and Energy Tea to try out the other teas to see if they had any effect so I continued to drink it every few days as I was on internship and did not have a fixed eating time.
I lost another 2kg after but I do not think it is due to the tea as my work was a high intensity work which requires a lot of walking and running around. I was also eating healthier due to the lack of money, so I ate more fruits at that point of time.
However, I think it does help with cellulite. I used to have a lot around my thighs, but I do not have any that I can find now.
My acne also seemed to have reduced as I used to have a lot around the forehead and chin region but it reduced to little.
Her Tea by Your Tea
Your Tea is a company that allows your body to feel better while drinking organic tea created using Chinese Medicine.
Here is the description of Her Tea:

I find that Her Tea was not much different from Tiny Tea as the functions are almost similar but it does help with my mood swing. I am not sure if it helped with boosting of immunity but it could be a long-term drinking habit.
ENERGY TEA
Traditionally my ingredients have been used to assist with:
- increased energy levels
- gently supporting energy ongoing
- assisting concentration levels
- heightening mood
- artificial stimulant free
Contains: Phoenix-tail Fern, Ginseng flowers, Mentha Haplocalyx, Lemon, Orange Peel, Lavendar, American Ginseng, Chinese Green Tea, Du Zhong
40 teabags per box. Each teabag weighs 2.5g.

First impression: Citrus. Horrible taste. Could not stand it. Stopped drinking after first cup.
Purchased in April 2014. I started to drink it again in December. After I waited, it started to smells like Teatox, taste like normal tea and the original citrus taste was gone.
I think it works the same as Her Tea so it would be smarter to purchase Her Tea as it has more benefits with digestion and sort.
Overall, I don't think it is that bad but the price is a bit much. (35USD)
I am going to purchase the Skinny Mint tea to compare which seems to have better benefits.
